The AUF offers a special two-year off-campus program in MBA General Management and how to manage Religious and Spiritual Diversity. It allows to gain knowledge and skills in key administrative expertises based on biblical foundations. The MBA program is not intended to be an alternative to standard higher education but wants to provide an essential Christ centered addition for those who plan to apply for or already hold management positions but lack professional skills with passion for Christ needs.

Сorporate psychology & Executive Coaching and Religious Integration into Cooperation are designed to help facilitate Christian professional and personal development to the point of individual growth and improved performance according to the Christian beliefs. Coaches need to have a strong understanding of individual differences in a work place as well as the ability to adapt their coaching style or strategies alongside with the biblical points of view. Regardless of specific area of focus, coaches still need to be aware of motivational needs and cultural differences as well as understanding religious integration into Cooperation.
