Values That Drive Our Business

Embrace differences, champion better business, empower innovation and achieve collaboratively: the core values that drive how we teach, learn, and lead. These values have shaped UCR School of Business' unique culture and environment, guiding us to achieve greater levels of excellence – together.

Our History

Founded in 1970 as the Graduate School of Administration, the UCR School of Business has grown to be the premier research and professional management school in the region. A transformational gift from the Anderson Family Foundation in 1995 gave the graduate school its namesake and propelled the campus to new heights of recognition on the national and international stage.

Our Future

We are building a world-class environment that transcends physical structure to play a pivotal role in our community's social and economic landscape. The new UCR School of Business complex will not only be an innovative space, but a catalyst for research, economic development, and growth in the Inland Empire region.
