Welcome to the CSR & NGO Management MBA Program at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg
The AQAS accredited Master's course is designed as a sandwich program. Courses take place on Friday evenings and Saturdays flanked by two intensive course weeks, enabling students to obtain a Master's degree within 18 months (full-time option). The conceptual development of the program has been carried out in collaboration with high-ranking representatives of numerous well-known NGOs, the United Nations, the city of Bonn, federal ministries as well as international companies.
Program highlights include authentic case studies, practice-oriented learning approaches, individual coaching, and competition for the Social Business Award.
Time-to-degree: 3 semesters or 5 semesters
Begin: winter semester only (mid-September)
Classes:
28 weekends (Fridays 3 pm - 9 pm, Saturdays 9 am - 7 pm)
1 introduction week at the beginning of the first semester

The postgraduate program in CSR & NGO Management is about sustainable leadership in NGOs and private companies. Students will learn how to drive sustainability within their working environment. A clearly structured study plan as well as fixed teaching and examination times offer working professionals the flexibility they need but also provide the orientation and planning security they need to combine their MBA studies with their career and family and further private commitments in the best possible way.
