Introduction
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) online degree applies the appropriate quantitative and qualitative principles to diagnose and solve complex problems with strategic decisions. Students will communicate effectively with diverse audiences in a variety of settings and in a multitude of roles. Students will learn to identify, analyze, and formulate solutions to ethical dilemmas addressing various stakeholders' needs, develop creative and innovative solutions to unstructured problems, assess and apply effective leadership theories, styles, and skills, and evaluate and apply organizational principles in a global environment.
Students must have bachelor's degrees from an accredited institution and be admitted as a graduate student to EOU and meet the College of Business's MBA Program's qualifications.
