MBA General Management and how to manage Religious and Spiritual Diversity

The AUF offers a special two-year off-campus program in MBA General Management and how to manage Religious and Spiritual Diversity. It allows to gain knowledge and skills in key administrative expertises based on biblical foundations. The MBA program is not intended to be an alternative to standard higher education but wants to provide an essential Christ centered addition for those who plan to apply for or already hold management positions but lack professional skills with passion for Christ needs.

The curriculum is organized in such a manner to provide holistic systematic biblical and professional understanding of management processes and teach to use effectively a whole set of up-to-date administrative tools from Christian standpoint for strategical and tactical business problem solving according to the God’s word. The MBA Program structure allows in-depth study of all management trends of a modern company.
