Introduction
With an MBA in Human Resource Management, you’ll build a solid foundation in business management and administration knowledge, as well as the necessary tools for establishing talent management and human resource development processes. You’ll work on different class projects where you’ll face some of the challenges posed by HR professionals from small, medium-sized and large companies, preparing you to take on any role with confidence after graduation.
This programme is available onsite at IU's international campus, in Berlin, and you’ll have the option to continue with an 18-month post-study work visa, which allows you to work in and explore Germany. Further more, you will have the opportunity to learn in small study groups and apply your knowledge practically.
